about jordan
Hey friends!
Since you’re considering spending eight (or more!) hours of your life with me, I figure you should know a little about the artist behind the camera. I’m 27, happily married to my college sweetheart Joey for five years (not love at first sight—but ask me the story when we hang!). Most importantly, my first love is Jesus. I pray that everything I do—every photo, every interaction—reflects His love and reminds you of how deeply you are cherished. Without Him, none of this would be possible, and I owe Him every bit of success.
A few fun (and slightly random) things about me:
True crime addict—definitely explains my paranoia when walking to my car.
Food is my love language. I’m much better at devouring it than cooking it.
I can do the Cha Cha Slide or Cupid Shuffle in my sleep.
I’m an obsessed reader—117 books in 2025 alone! Send me your favorite recommendations.
Photography has always been my passion because of how it makes people feel—seen, celebrated, nostalgic, and moved. My approach is simple: I notice the small details you might otherwise miss, and I capture your story exactly as it unfolds. But I’m also here to help you breathe, laugh, and fully enjoy the day.
When you hire me, I’m not just your photographer—I’m your bonus bridesmaid, personal paparazzi, dancing queen, and hype girl. My goal is to go above and beyond, capturing memories you’ll treasure forever.
If this feels like your kind of energy, head to my inquiry page and let’s make it official.
I wholeheartedly believe in creating lasting relationships and trust with my couples because it leads to more authenticity on wedding days. I want you to know that I genuinely care and will do anything I can to point you back to the joy you feel.
Some popular buzzwords going around in the wedding photographer community these past two years have been “Documentary” and “Candid.”
I lean more towards relying on capturing candid moments throughout your day, because I still find that couples want some thoughtful direction, but I also want the space to exist where you can interact and react as naturally as possible. Your wedding should not be a photoshoot, the next feature in the local magazine, or for growing my portfolio. Your wedding day, and therefore your wedding photos, should be about you and your people—the ones who have made you who you are, and who have championed you through every season. Your entire wedding gallery should feel LIVED IN. I aim to capture the mess, the tears, the imperfect. Simply, I aim to capture you, and that means with intention and gentle observation.
I want your wedding photos to tell your story.
